Terms of Service

Effective: 5 May 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using agent-cal ("the Service"), whether as a human user, API consumer, or AI agent, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Amzu Information Technology Ltd ("we", "us", "our").

2. Service Description

agent-cal is an API-first scheduling platform designed for AI agents. It provides schedule management, availability calculation, booking pages, invite tokens, calendar integration, and lifecycle operations (cancel, reschedule) — accessible via REST API and MCP tools.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during registration and keep your account details up to date.
  • Keep your bearer tokens confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account, whether initiated by you or by an agent acting on your behalf.
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use the platform to facilitate illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
  • Not attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication mechanisms, or security controls.
  • Not reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its API beyond its intended use.

4. Content Policy

You must not use agent-cal to schedule, promote, or facilitate meetings related to illegal activity, harassment, discrimination, or any content that violates applicable law.

We reserve the right to:

  • Immediately suspend any account found to be in violation of this content policy.
  • Report to law enforcement any activity that we reasonably believe constitutes a criminal offence.
  • Remove or restrict content at our sole discretion without prior notice.

Appeals may be submitted to legal@amzuit.com. All decisions on appeals are final.

5. Payment Terms

  • The Free tier is available at no charge with usage limits as described on our Pricing page.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
  • Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions will honour the current billing cycle before any price change takes effect.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or fitness of the Service for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amzu Information Technology Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, missed meetings, or data loss.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and revoke all associated bearer tokens at our sole discretion if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination:

  • All active schedules will be deactivated.
  • All pending invites will be revoked.
  • API and MCP access will be immediately disabled.
  • You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination by contacting legal@amzuit.com.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Effective" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
